Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 4+ years of relevant accounting experience.
• Government contracting experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable and billing processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup).

Responsibilities

• Manage AR operations including customer setup, invoicing, collections, and cash application.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies.
• Support AR reporting and cash application with attention to accuracy.
• Assist with process improvements and documentation of workflows.
• Ensure compliance with government contracting requirements.
