Job summary

MEP Health invites an Aquatics Technician to ensure safe and enjoyable pool and spa experiences across multiple locations. You will inspect, clean, and maintain pools, spas, and equipment, while diagnosing and repairing electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.

Travel to sites, keep detailed logs, and uphold OSHA safety standards. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in aquatics maintenance, hands-on skills with pool chemistry, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on skills with pool chemistry and basic repairs.
  • Ability to troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
  • Reliable driver with access to transportation.
  • Strong work ethic and clear communication.
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect, clean, and maintain pools, spas, and equipment.
  • Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
  • Travel to sites and perform service requests with safety compliance.
  • Maintain logs for service, chemicals, and projects per OSHA guidelines.
  • Interact professionally with members and staff.
  • Support projects, training, and flexible scheduling including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
