Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge is seeking an Aquatics Technician II to oversee daily engineering operations across the lodge, including project management, safety, ordering, and vendor coordination. Responsibilities include maintenance and repairs throughout guestrooms, public spaces, equipment, buildings and grounds.

The position requires a technical degree, trade certifications preferred in HVAC or Electrical, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.

Qualifications

• Technical degree and related training in maintenance or engineering.
• Experience in hospitality, healthcare or related industry.
• Trade certifications in HVAC or Electrical preferred.
• Ability to move, lift and carry up to 50 lb and work at heights.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office and basic database tools.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment including plumbing, electrical, and guestroom items.
• Communicate daily activities and issues to other shifts.
• Maintain safety standards and proper equipment use.
• Keep service records for mechanical and structural systems.
• Follow SOPs for park operation, timekeeping and safety.
