Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Beaverton, AL is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to help members improve their swimming in our pools, indoors and outdoors, and to assist in managing and training all Aquatics Team Members. You will help members and guests with great service and keep facilities clean and orderly.

The role emphasizes safety, programming excellence, and active supervision. The right candidate has lifeguard credentials, coaching or teaching experience, and the ability to lead a team in a busy club

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for extended periods.
• Excellent communication with guests regarding Life Time programs and services.
• Swim 300 yards/meters non-stop; maintain strong swimming technique.
• Be able to lift 20 lbs routinely and bend to lift more as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Aquatics Team Members provide a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests.
• Respond to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure we have the highest level of programming and programming quality.
• Promote Life Time swim program.
