Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead a fast-paced aquatic facility, overseeing indoor and outdoor pools and ensuring excellent member service. The role supports training of Aquatics Team Members, supervises operations, and drives programming quality to enhance member experiences.

The position requires lifeguard and coaching experience, strong swimming ability, and a commitment to safety, with competitive hourly pay and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 6 months of customer service experience.
• 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience.
• 1 year of lifeguarding experience.
• 6 months of head guard or supervising experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offer a safe and friendly environment for all members and guests
• Responds to Member inquiries about Life Time programs, products, services, policies, and procedures
• Ensures we have the highest level of programming
• Promotes Life Time swim program
