Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Manteca, CA is seeking an Aquatics Supervisor to lead our lifeguard team and ensure guest safety and an exceptional waterpark experience. You will train, supervise, and coordinate lifeguards in your area, enforce park rules, and model professional conduct.

This role requires at least a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid and Ellis & Associates lifeguard training, with 2+ years of aquatics experience. Competitive pay at $22 per hour, plus benefits and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification in First Aid, CPR and Ellis & Associates Lifeguard Training.
• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist in training, supervision, and coordination of lifeguards with park management to ensure guest safety.
• Manage lifeguards in assigned area, enforce rules, maintain professional appearance and demeanor.
• Follow and enforce park and employee rules, regulations and procedures.
• Perform supervisory tasks: resolve conflicts, coach and develop others, promote teamwork and performance.
