Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service experience.
• 1 year coaching and/or swim instructor experience.
• 1 year of lifeguarding experience.
• 6 months of head guard or supervising experience.
• Lifeguard and First Aid certified.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Aquatics Team Members offer a safe environment.
• Respond to member inquiries about programs and services.
• Ensure high-level programming and promote swim programs.
