Description

Job Title: Waterpark Supervisor

Department: Aquatics

Reports to: Aquatics Management

Supervisors are responsible for upholding the standards set by Ellis & Associates, Inc. and Camelback Resort. They will assist in the daily operations of both Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark and Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark by taking a hands-on, team-player approach, and will assist the Aquatic Managers with assigned duties.

How I Can Create Guests For Life

• Oversee safety in the waterpark, including supervision, training, and promoting a "think safe" attitude.
• Assist in guest safety oversight, perform VAT training as per Ellis & Associates, and supervise lifeguard staff.
• Provide performance feedback to lifeguards, coaching, and ensuring proper scanning techniques.
• Maintain waterpark cleanliness.
• Participate in the Waterpark Manager on Duty program, ensuring safety and guest service standards are met.
• Attend staff and other meetings as required.
• Communicate effectively with staff and guests, including disciplinary actions and policy enforcement.
• Perform basic first aid confidently and regularly.
• Complete all paperwork promptly.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
