Job Title: Waterpark Supervisor

Reports to: Aquatics Management
Supervisors are responsible to uphold the standards set forth by Ellis & Associates, Inc. and Camelback Resort. Supervisors will assist in the daily operations of both Aquatopia Indoor Waterpark and Camelbeach Mountain Waterpark by taking a hands-on, team player approach and will be responsible for assisting the Aquatic Managers with assigned duties.

How I can Create Guests for Life:
- Oversee safety while in the waterpark. This includes effective supervision, training, and demonstrations of a “think safe” attitude.
- Assist in overseeing guest safety by being available and visible on the pool deck, performing VAT training in accordance with Ellis & Associates, and consistent supervision of lifeguard staff.
- Provide feedback to lifeguard staff based on performance, coaching, and proper scanning techniques.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness of waterpark.
- Participate in the Waterpark Manager on Duty program daily ensuring rotation completion, fostering positive staff morale, and meeting safety and guest service standards.
- Attending staff meetings, morning meetings and other meetings as requested.
- Be able to communicate with staff members and guests in all situations including but not limited to: Disciplinary action, coaching, policy/rule enforcement, and wristband standards.
- Perform basic first aid on a regular basis with a confident attitude.
- Complete all required paperwork in a timely manner.
- Perform all other duties as requested.

- This may include weekends and early morning, or late evening work and holidays.

- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
