This position reports to the Aquatics Manager and involves staffing, training, and maintaining the aquatic facilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Parks and Recreation Administration, Education, or related field (or 6 years of relevant experience)
• At least 1 year of experience in Parks and Recreation or related field, with leadership preferred
• Basic first aid, CPR, and AED certification within 3 months of hire
• Lifeguard training instructor certification within 1 year
• AFO or CPO certification preferred; required within 1 year
• WSI certification preferred
• Certified Parks and Recreation Professional preferred

Additional Details

Work schedule: 40 hours/week, varied days and hours
