Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Current lifeguard certification with re-certification as needed.
• AED and Oxygen Training, and First Aid/CPR training within 30 days of hire.
• Understanding of risk management issues and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of facility patrons and respond to emergencies.
• Maintain schedules for aquatics staff.
• Develop and maintain aquatic programming.
• Check and record pool chemistry regularly.
