Job summary

Noah's Ark in Wisconsin Dells is seeking an Aquatics Manager to oversee the Aquatics and First-Aid departments and work with the Facilities Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly. You will report to the Operations Director and uphold safety, ADA, ASTM, and Wisconsin labor-law standards while delivering excellent guest experiences.

The role requires leadership of lifeguards, hiring, training, scheduling, and performance coaching, plus hands-on supervision of budgets and department

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• College degree in Business Management or Hospitality preferred.
• 3-5 years operations experience in a park or waterpark setting.
• 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Willingness to obtain CPO credentials and other required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Aquatics and First-Aid departments.
• Lead by example and mentor assigned team members.
• Manage budgets and maximize revenue and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with Ellis & Associates standards and safety rules.
• Supervise hiring, training, scheduling, and discipline.
• Aid with pre-season prep, post-season teardown, and park maintenance.
