Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to assist the Manager in overseeing all department programs, including Family Swim, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, Masters Swim and more. You will help ensure safe and successful operations and finances while guiding the Aquatics team.

This role requires hands-on leadership, a Lifeguard/CPR background, and experience with customer service and supervision. You will respond to member inquiries and develop staff to maintain a welcoming, secure

Qualifications

• Swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Tread water for 1 minute.
• Swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick from the bottom of the pool and swim the brick to the top.

Responsibilities

• Helps to cast, train and develop all Aquatics Team Members.
• Helps to manage the financials of the Aquatics business to meet or exceed department goals.
• Ensures Aquatics Team Members offers a safe and friendly experience for our members and guests.
• Responds to all member inquiries in a professional way.
