Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to help oversee all programs in the Aquatics Department, including Family Swim, Swim Lessons, Swim Team, and Masters Swim. You will ensure safe operations and sound finances while leading the Aquatics team.

The role requires coaching, supervising, and maintaining high service standards; you will collaborate closely with the Manager to meet department goals and deliver a premier member experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and develop Aquatics team members.
• Experience in managing program operations and budgets.
• Strong customer service and safety mindset.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all Aquatics programs and staff, ensuring safe and successful operations.
• Cast, train, and develop Aquatics team members; manage department financials.
