Job summary

Life Time is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager to assist the Manager in overseeing all programs, including Family Swim, Swim Lessons, Swim Team and Masters. You will ensure safe operations and sound finances while leading the Aquatics team to deliver high-quality experiences for members and guests.

You will support staff development, help manage department budgets, and promote a safe, friendly environment. This role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence and member satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Must be able to tread water for 1 minute.
• Must swim, retrieve a 10 lb diving brick and return to the surface.

Responsibilities

• Assist in casting, training and developing Aquatics Team Members.
• Help manage the financials of the Aquatics business to meet goals.
• Ensure members and guests have a safe, friendly experience.
• Respond to member inquiries professionally.
