Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager in Woodstock, GA to assist the Manager in supervising all aquatic programs, including Family Swim, Swim Lessons, Swim Team and Masters Swim.

You will help ensure safe operations, manage finances and lead the Aquatics team to provide excellent member experiences. Qualifications include 1 year of customer service, 1 year in supervision, 1 year in swim instruction, and 2 years lifeguard experience, plus StarGuard/BLS certifications; some

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
1 year supervisory/management experience.
1 year of swim instruction/coaching experience.
2 years of lifeguard experience.

Responsibilities

Assist the Manager to oversee all aquatic programs.
Help manage department finances and operations.
Ensure a safe, friendly experience for members and guests.
Respond to member inquiries in a professional manner.
