Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Richmond is seeking a full-time Service Delivery Director to lead the Aquatics Center at Frank J Thornton YMCA. The role focuses on growing aquatics programming, supervising staff, and expanding branch membership to strengthen community impact.

The Director will oversee swim lessons, lifeguards, water fitness, and safety protocols, working with other departments and local schools. Availability for afternoons, evenings, and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Two years aquatics management experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills essential.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee staff development and program enhancements.
• Supervise swim lessons, lifeguards, water fitness, and schedule.
• Coordinate swim lessons and programs; oversee on-deck operations.
