in the role of Recreation Coordinator I/II in the Aquatics Division.
The City of Roseville Parks Recreation & Libraries department is seeking a dedicated and organized Recreation Coordinator who will work alongside a team to oversee all aspects of three aquatics facilities within the City of Roseville. This position includes, but is not limited to, overseeing lifeguard staff, operational budget, swim lesson programs, special events, and community outreach. They work closely with other department leaders to maintain exceptional experiences for patrons, while making safety a top priority.

Minimum Qualifications
Recreation Coordinator I
Experience and Training
Experience:
One year of professional experience in recreation program development and implementation desirable. AND Training:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
License or Certificate
Possession of a valid California driver’s license by date of appointment.
Possession of, or ability to obtain, First Aid and CPR Certifications as issued by the American Red Cross within 6 months of hire.
Recreation Coordinator II
In addition to the qualifications for the Recreation Coordinator I:
Experience and Training
Experience:
Two years of professional experience performing duties similar to that of a Recreation Coordinator I with the City of Roseville.
AND Training:
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university,
License or Certificate
Possession of a valid California driver’s license by date of appointment.
Possession of, or ability to obtain, First Aid and CPR Certifications as issued by the American Red Cross within 6 months of hire.
