Job summary

Responsibilities include testing pool chemistry, reporting issues, supervising aquatic programs, and helping with routine maintenance. Casts include flexible shifts with mornings, evenings, weekends, and events.

Qualifications

• Current Lifeguard Certification (or required Pool Monitor certification, if applicable to the position).
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to remain alert and respond quickly in emergency situations.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting members with a welcoming, friendly, and professional attitude.
• Monitor the aquatic area to ensure a safe environment for all members and guests.
• Test and record pool chemistry according to company procedures; report concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe aquatic environment and assist in maintenance tasks as needed.
• Input and manage weekly work schedule in the club's scheduling platform and participate in department meetings.
