Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a resort housekeeping team member to maintain pool facilities, public areas and restrooms, while engaging with guests to ensure a great vacation experience.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety rules, cleaning and sanitizing areas, replenishing supplies and providing friendly guest interactions. Candidates with water safety, First Aid/CPR certification, and a strong attention to detail are encouraged to apply.

Competenze

• Water safety and guest service experience preferred.
• First Aid and CPR certification (training provided).
• Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines.
• Ability to be self-directed and detail-oriented.

Mansioni

• Enforce deck and pool safety rules in pool area and slides.
• Clean and sanitize tables, patio furniture, restrooms, and other common areas of the pool deck.
• Remove used towels, replenish stock, sweep walkways, and take out trash.
• Engage with owners and guests regarding food, beverages, activities and events property–wide while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.

This position will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of pool facilities, public areas and restrooms as well as engaging with guests to ensure a great vacation experience.

Essential Duties And Tasks

• Consistently enforce all deck and pool safety rules in pool area and pool slides.
• Clean and sanitize tables, patio furniture, exterior clubhouse patio areas, restrooms and other common areas of the pool deck in compliance with company guidelines.
• Remove used guest pool towels from bins and replenish clean stock. Sweep walkways and other pathways to and from resort facilities. Pick up trash as found in common areas, empty trash containers, replace trash bags, as necessary.
• Engage and communicate with owners and guests regarding food & beverage, activities and other functions property–wide while ensuring excellent customer service.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• General water safety and guest service experience preferred.
• Certification in First Aid and CPR (HICV provides training)
• Ability to follow prescribed procedures and guidelines in accomplishing tasks as described above.
• Ability to be self-directed.
• Skill in attention to detail.

EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED
• Water safety, guest service or custodial experience preferred
