Job summary

Kompose Resort Kissimmee is seeking a reliable Pool Attendant to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming pool and lazy river environment for resort guests from day into evening.

Responsibilities include monitoring safety, maintaining cleanliness, setting up lounge furniture, greeting guests, managing towels and tubes, logging chemical levels, reporting issues, and assisting with closing procedures while providing information about resort amenities.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25-30 lbs for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work a consistent 10 AM-10 PM shift, including weekends/holidays.

• Greet guests warmly and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
• Distribute and collect pool towels and lazy river tubes; maintain inventory.
• Check and log pool/lazy river chemical levels or report issues to maintenance/management.
• Report any safety hazards, equipment malfunctions, or maintenance needs.
• Assist with evening closing procedures, including lighting checks and area lockup.
• Provide basic information about resort amenities, dining, and activities.
