Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage aquatics programming and outdoor recreational programs.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate student employees for aqua classes, swim instruction, and lifeguarding.
• Plan and ensure safety for aquatics programs, including lifeguard trainings.
• Market and coordinate American Red Cross classes and handle registration processes.
• Manage program funding and assess effectiveness of offerings.
