Gilbride Management Group, LLC is seeking an Assistant General Manager – Aquatics to oversee daily operations of the Goldfish Swim School location. The role requires managing staff, ensuring safety, supervising pool operations and delivering high-quality swim instruction and customer service.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED with preferred bachelor’s degree, and relevant certifications. This is a full-time position with nights/weekends required.

Responsabilités

• Oversees daily operations of Goldfish Swim School including safety, staffing, pool operations and customer experience.
• Directs and controls daily operations to ensure SOP compliance.
• Manages staff to maintain productivity, performance and engagement.
• Oversees training and development of the aquatics department.
• Provides sales and marketing training to staff and coordinates with Marketing Manager.
