Job summary

The Salvation Army North & Central Illinois Division’s Ray & Joan Kroc Center in Chicago seeks an Aquatics Manager to lead daily natatorium operations, schedule staff, train team members, and ensure safety protocols are followed in line with MAHC standards.

This exempt, full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Parks and Recreation, Sports Management, or related field and at least five years of pool management experience, including budget oversight.
