Job summary

Recruiting.com LLC is seeking an Aquatics Manager to oversee daily operations of the aquatics department, programs, and staffing. You will manage pool equipment maintenance and monitor water chemicals to meet health department regulations, ensuring safety at all times.

Responsibilities include swim lessons, staffing management, and participating in the Manager on Duty rotation. A health-related bachelor's degree and CPR-AED certification are required.

Qualifications

• CPR-AED certification required; health-related bachelor degree preferred.
• Pool and Spa Operator certification required or to be acquired within six months.
• Experience: 1+ year managing a pool in a health/therapy setting.
• Lifeguard and WSI Instructor/Trainer certifications preferred.
• Arthritis and water aerobic certifications helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily aquatics department operations, programs, and staffing.
• Maintain pool equipment and monitor water chemistry to meet health regulations.
• Ensure safety of pool areas and manage swim lessons and aquatics staff.
• Participate in Manager on Duty (MOD) rotation.
