Job summary

Life Time Inc. Minnesota is seeking a Lead-Aquatics to oversee the Aquatics department, ensuring safety, cleanliness and member engagement while delivering exceptional service.

You will lead the Aquatics team, participate in hiring and training, and manage payroll within budget. Certifications in lifeguarding and aquatic management are required, with opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• 2 years of coaching and/or swim instruction experience required.
• 2 years of lifeguarding experience required.
• 2 years of supervisory or management experience required.
• Red Cross Lifeguard, CPR-PR and First Aid certifications required.
• Life Time Swim Certification required.
• Aquatics Manager Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides exceptional customer service in a safe, clean environment for Members and Guests.
• Promotes and markets club and Aquatics programs as needed.
• Manages payroll within budgetary guidelines and reports to General Manager.
• Leads and trains Aquatics Team Members; provides feedback and coaching.
• Participates in casting and hiring Aquatics Team Members.
• Manages inventory and orders; maintains supplies and equipment in aquatic spaces.
