Life Time Inc. in Bridgewater, MA is seeking an Aquatics Manager to lead the department, drive growth of programs, hire and train staff, and deliver exceptional member service in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee swim programs, cast, train and develop lifeguards, instructors and coaches, monitor safety and cleanliness of facilities, and manage budget and financial reporting. This role offers leadership growth into regional positions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• StarGuardElite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid certifications preferred.
• Ability to swim 300 yards/meters without stopping.
• Experience in coaching, lifeguarding and customer service.
• Strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manages Aquatics Team Members
• Completes daily inspections to ensure pool area is clean and safe
• Facilitates lifeguard training on pool safety and rescue techniques
• Assesses performance, provides feedback, and coaches Aquatics Team Members
• Manages the aquatics department within the budget guidelines
• Formulates, monitors and reconciles the budget and financial reports for aquatics programs
• Sets the standard for the Aquatics Department by providing exceptional customer service and meeting the Members’ needs and expectations
