The team is seeking someone who can start ASAP and contribute to a positive, growth-focused atmosphere. The position is hourly, with a schedule 30-40 hours weekly across four weekdays and one weekend day, incorporating shifts between morning and evening hours.

Requirements

• Availability to work full time


• Availability to rotate weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday and Sunday)


• Ability to manage and lead a team


• Work alongside management team


• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area


• 2 years swim experience


• 1 years management or leadership experience

Must be able to accommodate 30-40 hours per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30 am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday and Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3:00pm that rotates weekly.
