Aqua-Tots Swim Schools Novi is seeking an energetic Aquatics Manager to lead a fast-paced swim school team in Novi, MI. This is a salaried leadership role requiring strong organizational and people-management skills.

You will oversee scheduling, training, staffing, maintenance, and customer service while collaborating with the GM and Guest Service Manager to ensure a positive, safe environment. Evening and one weekend shift per week are required.

Salary

$50,000+ per year, based on experience

Requirements

• Availability to work full-time, 40-45 hours per week
• Availability to work a mix of daytime and evening shifts
• Availability to work one weekend day per week (Saturday or Sunday) from 8:30am-3pm
• Ability to manage, lead, and support a team
• Ability to work alongside the General Manager and Guest Service Manager to provide a positive work environment
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• 2 years of swim experience
• 2 years of management or leadership experience

Schedule Requirements

This position requires 40-45 hours per week, including 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Weekday schedules will include a combination of earlier and later shifts within our operating hours, with availability to work until close on select weekdays required. The weekend shift is 8:30am-3pm, with Saturday and Sunday rotating weekly.
