Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• 6+ months in a leadership role.
• 6+ months in customer service.
• Aquatics background preferred (teaching, lifeguarding, coaching).
• Willing to travel to Watermelon Swim locations.
• Submit 2 letters of reference.
• Certifications: CPR/First Aid within 45 days; Lifeguard within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Watermelon Swim teams.
• Provide aquatic instruction and coaching.
• Travel to Watermelon Swim locations as required.
