Job summary

Ymca Of The North Shore is seeking a Full Time Aquatics role at Cape Ann YMCA in Gloucester, MA. You will provide lifeguard coverage, lead private and group swim instruction, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment across indoor pools and outdoor waterfronts.

You will implement the YMCA's swim lesson curriculum and support aquatic programming for all ages while promoting water safety and high-quality programs. Training is provided, with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Aquatics certifications preferred but training may be provided.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain Lifeguard Instructor and Swim Instructor certifications within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide lifeguard coverage and maintain a safe aquatic environment.
