Job summary

HealthFitness is seeking a dedicated team member to keep our aquatic facility safe, clean, and running smoothly. You will supervise aquatic areas, maintain pool deck cleanliness, and support aquatic programs to enhance member experience.

Candidates should understand water chemistry and pool sanitation, with the ability to obtain CPO certification within 30–60 days. We offer a flexible schedule, competitive wage, and benefits including training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain CPO certification within 60 days.
• Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience in pool safety or aquatic facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise aquatic areas, monitor patrons and enforce rules.
• Maintain pool deck cleanliness and supervise facility operations.
• Provide leadership to staff and communicate with Aquatics Manager.
• Assist with staff meetings and trainings; ensure customer service.
