Qualifications

• Basic understanding of program objectives and operations.

Responsibilities

• Process registration requests using the City’s registration software.
• Receive and record payments for program fees.
• Check in program participants prior to scheduled activities.
• Answer program-related questions from the public (e.g., swim lesson levels, lap swim, water exercise).
• Participate in the facility Emergency Action Plan (EAP) system during emergencies.
