Job summary

Premier Aquatics Services LLC. is seeking an experienced Aquatics Facility Manager to lead two facilities, ensuring safety and a welcoming environment for all patrons.

You will oversee budgets, staffing, swim lessons and teams, lifeguards, and maintenance, while coordinating with the City and aquatic partners. Strong leadership and regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Instructor Certification required.
• Excellent time management skills with ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
• Ability to make decisions, meet targets and work under pressure.
• Sense of urgency, drive for results and alignment with company purpose.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software.

Responsibilities

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a StarGuard Elite Lifeguard Instructor Certification
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
• Ability to make decisions, meet targets and work under pressure
• A sense of urgency, comfort with ambiguity, drive for results and ability to remain true to the company's purpose
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Aquatics industry
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish

• Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job and to move or lift up to 50 pounds

• Must be physically able to rescue someone drowning or injured in the water
• May be exposed to prolonged periods of being outdoors
• May be required to stand for periods of up to 8 hours
• Must be able to travel to regional facilities as required
