Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks an Aquatics Director to oversee pool operations and staff, ensuring safety and compliance with bathing codes. You will lead lifeguards, gate staff, and maintenance teams while maintaining the Aquatic Safety Plan and certifications.

Responsibilities include scheduling, safety training, incident reporting, and collaboration with the Camp Director to ensure a successful Oakcrest pool and camp experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in pool management or supervisory roles.
• First-Aid and CPR/AED certification required (training available).
• Lifeguarding experience is a plus.
• NJ Pool Director certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise lifeguard, gate, maintenance, and grounds staff.
• Ensure the pool operates safely and in accordance with codes.
• Develop and maintain the Aquatic Safety Plan with current certifications.
• Schedule staff and monitor coverage for all shifts.
• Complete incident reports and follow up on safety drills.
