Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of progressive aquatics leadership experience preferred.

• Develop department leaders and succession plans.
• Oversee budgets, revenue, and financial performance.
• Ensure safety, program quality, and member satisfaction.
