Genesis Health Clubs is seeking an Aquatics Manager & Swim Team Coach to lead the club’s aquatics department, coach competitive swimmers, and mentor staff. The role focuses on creating a safe, growth-oriented environment for members, swimmers, families, instructors, and staff.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with success in coaching athletes and guiding aquatic staff development.
