Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs Boulder is seeking an Aquatics Program Manager to oversee all aspects of the aquatic offerings. You will hire, recruit, schedule, and train lifeguards, instructors, and swim lesson staff while continually growing the program.

Responsibilities include developing policies, meeting with club managers, training staff to deliver safe classes, and maintaining equipment and records. Weekend/evening availability and CPR/First Aid certification are required.

Qualifications

• CPR and First Aid certifications required.
• Experience managing aquatics staff preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the Aquatics Program for the Boulder location.
• Hire, recruit, schedule and train aquatic staff (lifeguards, instructors, swim lessons).
• Develop and implement aquatics policies and procedures.
