Director of Commercial Aquatic Operations - Metro Atlanta - Up to $110k

• Lead day-to-day commercial pool operations, including staffing, maintenance, scheduling, customer service, and facility management across multiple locations in Atlanta.
• Oversee operations for 30–50 aquatic facilities and help manage a seasonal workforce of approximately 500 employees, including field teams, maintenance crews, lifeguards, and office staff.
• Serve as a hands‑on operational leader who can solve problems quickly, lead by example, maintain strong customer relationships, and keep operations running smoothly during busy seasons.
• Work closely with executive leadership to improve processes, increase accountability, support company growth, and help scale a long‑established commercial aquatics organization.
• Ideal candidates come from commercial aquatics, facilities management, recreation, military, coaching, or other operational leadership backgrounds and are comfortable managing both blue‑collar and white‑collar teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Compensation: Approximately $90,000–$110,000 base salary plus incentives, company vehicle, medical benefits, PTO, equity potential, and long‑term growth opportunities.
