Life Time, Inc. is seeking an Aquatics Assistant Manager in Plymouth, MN to assist the manager in overseeing all programs within the Aquatics Department, including Family Swim, lessons and swim teams.

You will supervise the team and help drive safe, high-quality experiences for members and guests. The role involves managing operations and finances to meet department goals, addressing member inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming, well-run aquatic facility.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience
• 1 year of swim instruction/coaching experience
• 2 years of lifeguard experience
• Certifications: StarGuard Elite Lifeguard, BLS CPR, and First Aid (or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Assist in casting, training and developing Aquatics team members
• Help manage the financials of the Aquatics department to meet goals
• Ensure safety and friendly experience for members and guests
• Respond to member inquiries professionally
