Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical direction of work production to lower-level staff.
• Develop and implement recreational aquatic programs for all ages.
• Issue passes and enforce safety rules in the pool area.
• Perform cleaning and routine maintenance in locker rooms and natatorium.
• Manage chemical feed systems and conduct pool water testing per regulations.
• Perform lifeguard duties and respond to emergencies.
• Inspect facilities and report safety concerns to the manager.
• Monitor facility use and communicate rules to participants.
• Register participants and coordinate with parents and educators.
• Operate POS, handle payments, and manage reservations digitally.
• Open/close facilities and balance cash deposits daily.
• Plan and run special events and programs.
• Supervise setup and takedown for events and activities.
• Complete attendance and revenue reporting.
