Aqua-Tots Swim Schools in Live Oak, TX is seeking an Aquatic Manager to lead our instructor team, oversee daily aquatics operations, and ensure safe, high-quality swim lessons for children. In this full-time role, you will hire and coach staff, monitor lesson quality, maintain pool safety, support with scheduling, and partner with the General Manager to uphold brand standards.

Flexible evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership, coaching, or aquatics experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 18+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Open availability including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.
• CPR/AED and First Aid certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the instructor team, hire, train, coach, and assess performance.
• Maintain lesson quality by ensuring instructors follow Aqua‑Tots curriculum and safety standards.
• Ensure pool safety and operations, cleanliness, and incident reporting.
• Support daily school operations with the General Manager and maintain facilities.
• Assist with instructor scheduling and proper coverage for daily operations.
• Foster strong relationships with families and support student progression.
