Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a related field.
• Current lifeguard and CPR certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the YMCA aquatic department.
• Ensure lifeguards/instructors meet YMCA standards.
• Monitor aquatic programs for safety and quality.
• Develop relationships with members for feedback.
• Supervise staff and ensure appropriate staffing.
