Aquatics Leader Role

Dive into leadership! As an Aquatics Leader, you’ll oversee all things aquatic, from training swim teachers to ensuring safety and community outreach. You’ll be a crucial part of our team, helping staff and classes run smoothly while occasionally teaching swim lessons.

Day-to-Day Tasks

• Teach swim lessons in the water using our proven methods
• Observe and monitor staff to ensure a superb experience for all clients
• Perform pool maintenance and minor facility upkeep
• Coach and mentor swim instructors and staff
• Handle scheduling and provide coverage for instructors and administrative staff when necessary
• Connect with clients, parents, students, and the community to provide resolutions to any issues or concerns
• Attend community events to raise awareness about our aquatics program
• Ensure safety and a positive environment throughout the facility
• Manage Pool chemistry

What You’ll Do:

Train and lead swim teachers using our child‑centered methods

Support staff and ensure safety on the pool deck

Engage families and teammates with warmth and professionalism

Be a role model for excellence in teaching and leadership
