Job summary

Qualifications include CPR/First Aid, a suitable fitness certification, background screening compliance, and a proactive, energetic approach.

Qualifications

• Must complete State of Florida Criminal History Background Check.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certified.
• Appropriate fitness certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective group exercise classes compliant with standards.
• Maintain participant safety and monitor health considerations during sessions.
• Prepare facility and equipment for classes; ensure proper setup and cleanup.
• Learn participants' names, health concerns and limitations to tailor activity.
• Arrive on time, be ready to start promptly and communicate substitutes when needed.
