Job summary

Riverence Brood LLC is seeking a full-time facilities maintenance technician to support the Facilities Manager. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs on machinery, basic vehicle maintenance, and operate forklifts, manlifts, tractors, and lawn mowers.

This role requires at least 1 year in maintenance/electrical, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work outdoors in varied weather on site in Washington state, with 40 hours per week and occasional on-call needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance/electrical environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative maintenance as instructed.
• Repair company machinery and equipment.
• Basic vehicle maintenance including repairs and troubleshooting.
• Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs.
• Repair plumbing, electrical, carpentry and safety systems.
• General maintenance of company grounds (weed eating, mowing, pressure washing).
• Operate forklift, manlift, tractors and lawn mowers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
