Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience preferred in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong mechanical background and pipe welding experience required.

Job Shift: Day

Job Purpose

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing service work orders (SWO) and performing preventative maintenance (PM) checks at the Harmony manufacturing facility as well as a Zelienople warehouse.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues that may occur that limit production processes
• Complete scheduled SWOs and address issues that may arise
• Perform preventative maintenance checks
• Follow maintenance procedures
• Work on repairs and installation activities related to our facility
• Assist with equipment inventory
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety policies
• Maintain housekeeping for the maintenance shop and projects
• Respond to call-ins during emergency breakdowns (when applicable)

Qualifications

• Education: High School diploma/GED required
• Strong mechanical background
• Pipe welding experience
• Working knowledge of electrical systems
• Experience: 4 years in Maintenance (preferred), 4 years in Mechanical knowledge (preferred)
• Experience in manufacturing setting operations
• Detail oriented
• Understanding of technical aspects of relevant systems
• Working knowledge of the facility's machines and equipment
• Team player characteristics as well as the ability to work independently

• Payrate: Hourly, depends on experience
