Job summary

Pratt & Whitney in McKinney, TX is seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership with calendar management, travel coordination, and reporting tasks. The role is onsite and involves coordination of meetings, materials, and travel for domestic and international assignments.

The ideal candidate brings 6+ years of aerospace/defense administrative experience, strong MS Office skills, and a track record of coordinating complex calendars and executive communications.

Qualifications

  • AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training).
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant administrative assistance experience in the Aerospace and Defense or Military industries.
  • Experience managing multiple calendars – arranging time and logistics in domestic and international settings
  • Experience interacting with and supporting executive/senior levels of leadership
  • Experience with calendar management including planning and organizing schedules and events
  • Experience with MS Office Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation while ensuring on-time delivery of internal management reports (weekly/monthly) and presentations
  • Attend meetings; capture actions and action list to ensure follow up
  • Coordinate meeting materials & meeting schedules (classified & unclassified)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and prepare expense reports
  • Interface with senior level external and internal customers
  • Calendar management: coordinate meeting schedules and logistics with internal and external customers
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships and communication channels with other executive assistants
  • Support onsite activities and classified program visits

What You Will Do

Salary

The salary range for this role is 53,100 USD - 100,900 USD.

Compensation

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee's personal responsibility.
