Responsibilities

• Investigates abuse, neglect, or exploitation of elderly/disabled adults.
• Provides after-hours and weekend services to maintain 24-hour coverage.
• Determines actions to remove immedate threats and provide referrals.
• Develops individualized service plans and documents cases.
• Represents agency in community and training events.
• Maintains routine reports and supports unit operations.
• Demonstrates respect for cultural diversity and attends work regularly.
