The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant role in the MMG GYN Oncology Program at Moffitt Cancer Center blends inpatient, OR, and occasional outpatient care. Based in the Moffitt Medical Group (MMG) GYN Oncology Program, this position split between inpatient and OR (assisting in surgery) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant position provides patient care under the auspices of the MMG and serves as member of the academic medical enterprise; advancing the institutional mission of contributing to the prevention and cure of cancer. This position will also occasionally work in the outpatient setting as needed. The ideal candidate will be flexible to provide services at multiple locations.
This position with specifically work with Surgical Oncologists in the treatment and management of their patients. They will also assist in the OR with covering surgical cases with a supervising MD. They may assist the inpatient and outpatient care team under the guidance of the attending. This position will work closely with Residents and Fellows to care for the Surgical oncology patients.
$138,424.00 - $211,120.00
Salary ranges posted for this position represent the expected base pay range for the role. Actual compensation may vary based on location and a variety of job-related factors, including experience, skills, education, and internal equity among Team Members in similar positions.
